Don’t buy domains for now
While checking this domain name marketplace forum I’ve just noticed few people selling again high PR domains. Basically people tend to buy these domains because of the PR factor. Because they’re using high PR domain as a milking cows.
Buying domains just for the sake of PR will just give you some headache in the next few months. For example I bought a PR6 domain about San Diego banquet rooms. Just for the sake of PR I bought it for about $150-$250. But what if I’m not familiar with these subjects and after 2-7 days the PR dropped from PR6-PR1? That would cause me some trouble. It’s like I bought a domain for $150-$250 and I got nothing in return because the PR updates that will happen soon. In short, ROI is negative.
Just beware of what you’re buying. If you’re after PageRank of the domain then stop buying domains for now because it might backfire in the next couple of weeks. Just wait for the PR update this month before you decide to buy any of the high PR domains
